An angel came to earth today,
A baby-angel with heaven's scent,
And a heart of goodness, a soul so white,
A spirit so playful and a nature so gay.
The baby was born to give the earth,
His special kind of baby love,
And, oh, a lot of love for Mommy,
For she's the one who gave him birth!
And in return, the Earth sends rainbows,
To the newborn baby-angel,
And says in ringing tones of mirth,
