FRIENDS is a collection of 21 pieces written by Cuban composer Eduardo Martin. E. Martin won the first composition price in Paris, France.The pieces have a New age character. His music shows the influence of the traditional music of his country as well as the influence of Jazz and popular American music in general. They contain very beautiful melodies and interesting rhythm formulas.
Also this recording includes Spanish guitar solos as well as compositions for flute and guitar by Raymond Lohengrin.
The first part of the recording includes electric Jazz guitar improvisations by Jorge Chicoy on the Eduardo Martines compositions.
