Deity:
------
Olidammara; Music, Revels, Wine, Rogues, Humor, Tricks; CN

Olidammara, the Laughing Rogue, is patron god to many thieves and bards.
He is portrayed as a wandering minstrel or vagabond, a slim man with
chestnut hair and rakish beard, olive-tinted skin, sparkling emerald
eyes, and green and gold clothing. Delighting in wine, women, and song,
Olidammara is the eternal prankster and chaotic spirit. He is the
	master of disguise.

Olidammara's cult is steady within the Flanaess; in the darkest times,
people must have some form of diversion lest they succumb to despair,
and while they may not worship this god, they are glad enough if one of
his priest or clerics is on hand to bring laughter and song. His
temples are not commonly found (neither is his priesthood), but services
to him are light-hearted affairs, including much singing, chanting,
music, feasting, and ample consumption of beers, ales, and wines.

Background:
-----------
Having been raised in Hexpools, the rise to high level came by successes
in South Province, the Iron Hills, and other nearby regions. Gravitating to
Onnwal, Scant became home, and ambition and natural abilities soon made you the
leader of all thieves there. Though the city is small, recent actions by the
Scarlet Brotherhood has definitely spiced things up. You've managed so far to
walk a very narrow line between assassination and capitulation to the Scarlet
Brotherhood as they bring much of the city under their heal. When chanced to be
asked to participate in a daring, dangerous undertaking, you hastened to the
rendezvous to be certain that no other of your profession arrived before you, as
the challenge and the promise of treasure is one which you will not miss!
However, making it to Magepoint could be a feat in of itself. Overland you've
heard rumors of fiends and animi. By sea you would have to contend with the
Scarlet Brotherhood. Another to aide you in your journey would be helpful, but
who can you trust? Has your guild been infiltrated? Not wishing to alert the
Guild to your departure (wondering if you'll ever be back this way again), you
make your selection for a traveling companion.

-----

Sitting at my desk I look up to a sound at the window, to my suprise it
is one of my emergency courior pigeons. I walk over to the window and open it,
letting the pigeon in. At the base of its foot there is a scroll tied to it, I
take it, break the seal and read. Hmmm . . . very interesting . . . how did
these persons get one of my pigeons and why do they need me? Is it a plot to
get me out of the city for someone to take my place? Things here have been
going south for the last few months, maybe some time away would do me good.

Not much to do because I can trust very few people these days. I get
the only person I trust and tell him of what I know. I quietly retrieve some
items from my personal stash an go and buy some equipment, mainly 4 horses,
because we must make haste.

I think the safer of the two courses will be overland. Not wanting to
chance a confrontation with The Scarlet Brotherhood, or to let the letter fall
into their hands. Besides I was never to fond of ships. The first few days of
the trip were pretty uneventful but then we started to see riders in the
distance, garbed in the cloths of The Scarlet Brotherhood! Betrayed! Someone
from the guild must have seem us leaving and reported it to the Brotherhood.
Riding hard for days and through many scirmishes and hours of hiding we've
seemed to evade them. Both of us very injured, losing three horses, and not
having eaten in about three days continue on towards Magepoint. Tumbling through
the door of the Inn, battered and half starved my manservant and I look around
the room.

Roleplay:
---------
I feel that I would play him as that he feels like he has to take charge
of the situation at hand. That he has something to prove to the companions he
has (feeling he is not as good as them). He has had to prove himself all of his
life and it has gotten him what he has wanted. Because of the dislike of both
Agath and Reynard he distrusts both of them but realizes that he must work with
them to obtain the groups goals. He feels that he can win the affections of
Rowena, with his suave mannerisms (or so he thinks).

Miscellaneous:
--------------
[Fighting style, special requests, your goals and what you (the player)
would like to get out of this game, etc.]

Access:
-------
I don't see any change in the future, have email access and can accept
attatchments.
