NOTE: Basically, FRS frequencies are 460 MHz CB band allocations.
Same rules with CB apply here.  These are not "private" or "personal"
frequencies issued to families.  These are used by everyone just
like CB.  The larger your city, the more congested these frequencies
will be.  The only difference between normal CB and this stuff is
perhaps the allowance of the use of PL tones.  But if you plan on
using them at Walt Disney Land/World, then you can expect a lot of
interference from other familes who are also using these frequencies,
for example.  As usual, be careful what you say, as other families can
hear you, too.  Don't be STUPID and give your anxious, Disney-wayward
son your CREDIT CARD number over the air using these things! ...or
you run the risk that your SON'S purchases won't be the ONLY things
listed on your bill when you get back home!  This includes social
security numbers, bank account numbers, ROOM numbers and schedules
when you'll be away from the room...  Same goes for portable phones.
NEVER give ANYTHING out over the air!  If you have to walk all the
way ACROSS the park to MEET someone to give them that kind of
information...DO it.
