Terms, Shipping and Contact Information
How to buy:
To make a purchase, send me an e-mail at
kevingy@bytewerx.com,
indicating the items you are interested in. I will reply within 24 hours
(although, typically within 2 hours) with the total amount (including shipping
charges) and payment instructions.

Half.com. Click

Terms of Sale:
No Returns on Books. All sales final. Ask questions prior to making
your purchase. I will answer all questions as quickly and honestly as I am able.
I have a scanner and will provide scans of any item to prove the claimed
condition
Damaged in Shipping
- Any item damaged in shipping is not my responsibility. I urge you purchase
shipping insurance. All shipping damage claims, along with their filing, are
the responsibility of the Buyer. If need be, I will supply you a letter of
authority to process the claim.
- If you have any questions about this policy please ask me before bidding.
Payment Information
- I prefer payment through PayPal. I am Paypal verified, but can’t take
your credit card payment through Paypal because I only have a personal
Paypal account. Your Paypal payment must be made through either a PayPal
funds or bank transfer to your Paypal account. However, I accept money
orders, cashiers checks, and certified checks. Personal checks are also
accepted, but I won't ship until your check clears, usually 7 to 10 business days.
- Please remit payment within 7 days of receiving notification of shipping
costs. I will hold the items you ordered for that long. If the items are not
purchased after 7 days, I will assume you are not interested and release the
hold on the ordered items.
- Of course, if you purchase via Half.com, you may pay via any method
Half.com allows. This method is a little more expensive for both the buyer
and the seller, as the Half.com middleman takes a cut. However, as a buyer,
this fee affords certain protections from Half.com. See the Half.com site
for more information.
Shipping:
- The buyer pays all shipping charges, optional shipping insurance, and any
other shipping-related fees, including delivery confirmation.
- Since the buyer is paying shipping costs and optional insurance, and all
items are paid for in advance, I will ship to any address anywhere in the
world.
- Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via United States
Postal Service Media Mail. Quoted shipping costs are also computed using
Media Mail rates. (Any request to ship outside of the United States is a
request to use a shipping method other than Media Mail.)
- The more items you buy, the cheaper the shipping will be for each item!
I don't know how the US Post Office stays in business. One time, I was
selling individual books with a shipping cost of $2.81 each. When I had 5
books left, I sold them as a lot. The lot of 5 books cost $4.25 to ship; a
cost of $.85 each.
