Chapter 1016 Policy
Reimbursement Funding for Activities Other Than AORN Congress
April 15, 1997
1. The Board is allowed discretion to reimburse members for representing the Chapter at official functions, per the Available Funds policy.
2. Reimbursement for functions:
a) Full registration for meeting or official functions out of home base; for two Delegates and two Alternate Delegates, up to four (4) members if representing the chapter - must be approved prior to the meeting.
b) Lodging to be reimbursed by one-half for all away meetings.
c) No more than 4 persons will be reimbursed for any one meeting.
3. Point system to be used to determine:
a) Delegates or representatives if more than allowed apply.
4. Editor of monthly chapter newsletter is given at least $25.00/month in which a newsletter has been published.
5. This policy will be reviewed annually by the Board.
