JANUARY, 2005 MEETING
The chapter was offered a tour of EXACTEC in Gainsville. It is a manufacturer of orthopedic implants, mainly hip and knee joints.
BUSINESS: CTO 8:
Treasurer Pat Stewart met with the CPA for an audit of our accounts with Bank of America. The accounts were reported as in good shape. It was recommended by the bank that we combine the savings and checking accounts to save money. Currently we are spending approximately $20/ month on banking fees. According to our by-laws this change must be approved by the membership.
We need a replacement for Wes Williams on our board of directors. Terry Glover agreed to accept the position.

We will have 4 delegates for Congress: Linda Sigsby, Tom Macheski, Kathy Brown, and Jim Shelley. We may also have 4 alternates. So far we have Marianne Lonergan and Sally Moore.
The golf tournament is now tentatively set for May 14th. Golf course to be researched.
