JUNE BOARD MEETING

Meeting called to order at 6:20pm by Wes Williams.

PRESENT: Wes Williams, Marianne Lonergan, Jim Shelley.

IN ATTENDANCE: Sally Moore, Kathy Brown, Tom Macheski

QUORUM: Present

DISCUSSION:

It was approved to transfer funds between the savings and checking accounts.

It was approved to spend money to send new president Jim Shelley to the

Leadership conference in Denver, FCORN meeting in Florida, and congress

In San Diego.

It is was approved that the chapter reimburse $400.00 per person for those

Members who attended congress this year.

This years chapter fund raiser will be sponsored by the chapter and managed by

The members from Gainsville.

The chair adjourned the meeting at 6:40 pm.

JUNE 19, 2003

Meeting called to order at 7:30pm. by outgoing president Wes Williams at Ruby Tuesdays restaurant, Ocala FL

TREASURERS REPORT: No report

QUROUM: Present

BUSINESS:

Motion passed to destroy election ballots.

Transfer of duties of office made to the new officers: President-Tom Shelley,

President-Elect-Kathy Brown, Board members Justine Bush and Linda Sigsby,

Nominating Committee-Sally Moore and Tom Macheski, Secretary-Marianne

Lonergan, President-Elect-Kathy Brown, and President-Jim Shelley.

The chapter would like each member attending the September meeting to bring

items for a gift basket to bring to the FCORN meeting in October. Non-

perishable items such as wine, candles, etc. are preferred.

Wes presented the gavel to new president Jim Shelley.
