PROGRAM: Stress Busters presented by Alina Stoothoff, Director of Access to Services, Marion Citrus Mental Health Center, Inc.

BUSINESS MEETING: was held at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Refreshments were provided by the Surgery Center of Ocala.

NEW ATTENDEES: no new attendees.

TREASURER’S REPORT: the treasurer’s report was read by Wes Williams- $4,635.00 in checking, and $2678.33 in savings. Treasurer’s report filed as read.

QUROUM: not present.

• Wes Williams announced the results of the chapter elections: President-elect-Kathy Brown, Board Member: Justine Busch, and Linda Sigsby, Secretary: Mary Ann Lonergan, and Nominating Committee: Tom Macheski, and Sally Moore.
• FCORN: Tom Macheski will be mailing out postcards announcing the Fall FCORN meeting by the end of May.

NEW BUSINESS: Wes announced there will be a board meeting at the Olive Garden in Ocala on May 20 at 5:30PM.

ADJOURNMENT: the meeting was adjourned by general consent 9:00PM.
