MARCH BUSINESS MEETING

PROGRAM: Paul Vogt presented Unispacer Knee Spacer, a minimally invasive treatment for early osteoarthritis of the knee.

 

BUSINESS MEETING: was held at West Marion Community Hospital, Ocala, Florida.  Wes Williams called the meeting to order at 8:05PM.  Was thanked West Marion Community Hospital for hosting the meeting.

 

NEW ATTENDEES: Linda Cotton, a new member, and Mary Ann Lonergan, both from West Marion Community Hospital.

 

TREASURER’S REPORT: not available.

 

QUORUM: not present. President Wes Williams elected to proceed with non-voting issues.

 

MINUTES: deferred.

 

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Tom Macheskei said he would have a list of names of the speakers who will present at the Fall FCORN Meeting.

 

NEW BUSINESS: There will be a board meeting at 5:30PM on April 10, 2003 at the Olive Garden in Ocala, Florida.

 

NEXT MEETING: will be held at the Ayers Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida, April 17, 2003.

 

ADJOURNMENT: the meeting was adjourned by general consent at 8:45PM.
