Contest Requirements

Contestant must be 14 - 23 years of age.
Contestant must have a GPA of 2.5 or better.
Contestant must have parental consent, if under the age of 18.
Contestant must have a plesent personality.
Contestant must be cooperative, polite and respectful to all participants.
Contestant must have two (2) African or African American outfits of any style.
Contestant must have one (1) evening gown and accessories.
Contestant must be able to perform a talent of her own choosing.
Contestant must have two (2) black and white pictures.
Contestant must have a SPONSER (i.e. family members, churches, business, organizations, etc. may serve as sponsers).
Contestant entry fee is $75.00.

Applications must be received As Soon As Possible (ASAP).
