In the name of God amen.  Knowing it is appointed for all men once
to die, I Willoughby Powell a citizen of the County of Henderson and
State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind
and memory and you may say this considering the uncertainty of the natural
life being of sound mind and memory belessed be almighty God for the same
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and
form following that is to say after my just debts being first paid
1st I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Mary Powell all my
    real and personal Estate during her natural life then after her death
to descend and go to her children
2nd I give and bequeath unto my son Harbert Powell the land and
    plantation where I now live after the death of his mother
3rd I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law Elizabeth Powell the wife
    of Henderson Powell one hundred acres of land and premises where
Henderson Powell now lives during her natural life and after her death
to go to Henderson Powells children and equally divided between them
4th I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Anna Powell One hundred
    dollars after the death of her grand Mother
5th I give and bequeath to my Grand Son	Nathan G. Powell One
Hundred Dollars after the death of his grand Mother
6th I give and bequeath the balance of my Estate both real and personal
to my children that is to say Lazarua Powell and James Powell and 
Harbert Powell Willoughby Powell Jun'r dec'd and Sarah Harrington and
daughter-in-law Elizabeth Powell the wife of Harrison Powell and
daughter-in-law Elizabeth Powell the wife of Henderson Powell the above
named Estate to be equally divided between their named heirs
7th The above named son Willoughby Powell Jun'r dec'd his children is to
receive his parts by paying One hundred Dollars and the balance the
children of Willoughby Powell Jun'r dec'd is to receive and to be equally
divided between them
8th The above named Son Lazarus Powell is to pay Two hundred and
    thirty Dollars out of his part of the Estate and the balance he is
to receive
9th The above Daughter Sarah Harrington her part of the Estate above named
    I lend unto her during her natural life and to go to her benefit and
no other person and after her death to go to her children and to be
equally divided between them
10  I do appoint James Powell and Harbert Powell Trustees to receive Sarah
Harringtons part of her Estate above named and apply it to her use and
benefit and for the use of no other person and after her death to go to her
children and to be equally divided between them
