been made for said land, and said land
properly belongs to said H.H. Powell dec'd
who was in the possession of all three of said
small tracts of land, at and before his
death, said land is not worth exceeding
$280, that is ten dollars per acre.
The said H.H. Powells Father and Mother
died long before the death of the said
H.H. Powell, and he died unmarried
and left no widow, and died without issue
that the plffs and dfts named in the
petition are the only heirs at law of the
said H.H. Powell dec'd, that there are 
6 whole shares in said land Viz:
myself 1, H.P. Powell 1, Paulina Holmes 1,
Permelia Wilson 1, Sarah Ann Lynn 1,
and Willie Powell Paulina Jane Hubbard
and Lazarus Powell children and heirs of
Albert Powell dec'd who was a bro-
ther of said H.H. Powell to 1 share,
and Willie Dodge and Minnie Carver
late Dodge children and heirs of Sophia
Jane Dodge dec'd late Watson who 
was a child and heir of Avey Watson
dec'd late Powell and half sister to
