HELP WITH ASKING QUESTIONS

There are two ways you can ask a question about Alachua Freenet:

The AFN Help Desk is manned by volunteers, so if they do not know the answer to your question they will either pass the question on to someone who does, or will re-direct you. If you do not get a live person, please leave a message on the voice-mail system. You can also send mail to the Help Desk with the address: afnhelp@afn.org

In general, sending E-mail to the appropiate address is the best thing, as you will get the quickest response from the most knowledble individual on that matter. If you need an immediate answer, calling the AFN Help Desk may give it to you. Generally speaking, techincal and policy questions should be directed to the appropiate E-mail address.
