With this addition we will be making major changes to the configuration of the AFN system. Most of these will have no effect on users in terms of how you use the system, but should significantly increase the AFN system performance, as well as making it more stable and easier to expand in the future.
During the time of these changes, Alachua Freenet will have to go under some significant downtime as new hardware is added, software is installed and tested, etc. These downtimes will be announced in advance of course, but during the period there will likely be some unscheduled downtime or other unexpected events.
