On March 15, 1995, about 4:00 pm Investigator John Stachowski call Lee Co. Sheriff's Office in Response to a person who Refused to Leave the State Attorney's office after being asked to leave. I deputy Cootware Responded to the SAO office located in the Justice Center Lee County Fort Myers Fla. I made Contact with Investigator Stachowski and Investigator Gale They stated that Mr. Allston was Refusing to leave the State Attorney office at this point I made Contact with Mr. Allston. I explained that his Business was Done and he had to leave. Mr. Allston stated he would not leave unless he Received copy's of an Investigation and he wanted It now. Investigator Gale explained to Mr. Allston that he needed to make a written Request for Information. Mr. Allston stated he wanted the Information now. and was not Leaving. At this point. I told Mr. Allston he had to leave and make his written Request to the SAO. For the Information he Requested. Mr. Allston refused to leave. I then asked Mr. Allston several more times to leave he refused. At this time I placed Mr. Allston under Arrest for trespass refusing to leave. Fla Statute 810.09. Mr. Allston was Then Placed in to The Lee County Jail with out Incident.
